In the bastides albigeoises country where Tarn and Aveyron meet, is such a region with various types of trails on soft sloping valleys and swift descending canyons, in open country and forests, marked routes and unmarked trails, for half or full day trips. You will find tours for every ability level, from family trips to more challenging descents and climbs for committed mountain bikers.
We have selected a number of MTB circuits, that are tested by other mountain bikers, with available GPS tracks for downloading on your GPS. The selected circuits presume you to take your car and drive to the starting point; we can propose also a number of tracks starting at our guest house, however, the choice will be more restricted. You can easily choose your trip in our documentation: tracks and profiles give you a fine preview of the challenges ahead. Do not forget your helmet! In nearby Gaillac is a good cycle shop, where you can rent a bike and some other gear, and where cycles can be repaired.
Every evening, you will return to our comfortable accommodation: B&B Artichaud, at the centre of the Albi bastides and the Gaillac vineyard.
